The Mission of DSMV Club is to provide a historic organization dedicated to preserving our military history by acquisition, restoration, preservation and public display of historic military vehicles and equipment. Our method of preserving the past is to help educate the present, and to provide a means of honor for those who have served our country.
DSMV Club membership is open to all individuals with an interest in preserving military history. You are not required to own a military vehicle to become involved. Membership fees are $20 annually.
Dixie National Rodeo Parade, February 9, 2013 A beautiful day was the setting for the 2013 Dixie National Rodeo Parade in Jackson, Mississippi. DSMV Club turned out with big numbers to drive an array of military vehicles in every shape and size. Club members threw out candy and toy soldiers to children lined up to watch as the parade made its way down Capital Street. See the slideshow below to see some of the parade in action. Thank you to all club members and families that made this day a great success
The Deep South Military Vehicle Club was started April 1998 as a nonprofit club in the Jackson Mississippi area. Meeting monthly, DSMV Club also participates in civic parades and has exhibits at a variety of functions, allowing members to share the history of the vehicles and equipment they own. Trail rides, cook-outs and dinners also offer opportunity for club members to share the love of preserving the past and honoring those who have served our country.
